Step 1 - Membership Payment Receipt Once you've made your first membership payment (and on each monthly renewal thereafter) - and it has been successfully processed - you'll receive a payment receipt from our payment processor. If you haven't received this, please check your junk/spam folders to be sure. Step 2 - Welcome Email You'll receive a welcome email from us once we've processed your membership - this is usually within a few hours, but please allow up to 24 hours during busy times. If you haven't received your welcome email within 24 hours of your membership payment, please check your junk/spam folders to be sure, but don't hesitate to get in touch. Step 3 - APM Access Shortly after we've processed your membership and you've received your welcome email, we'll complete your onboarding onto our dedicated e-learning platform. You'll receive an email from our dedicated e-learning platform to confirm your onboarding, and which will require you to set up a secure password for access. If you're an APM Bronze member, you'll have access to the APM Bronze portal - this portal hosts your APM Bronze and APM Bronze Essential Replays tier content. If you're an APM Gold member, in addition to access to the APM Bronze portal above, you'll also have access to the APM Gold portal. The APM Gold portal hosts your APM Gold Premier Replays tier content. You'll have access to your selected APM tier for the duration of your membership - by logging in HERE for immediate access, once the above steps have been completed. Questions? "Ask a TRE" Live Q&A Mentoring sessions provide you with the unprecedented and unique opportunity to ask questions and receive mentoring from Ben. You're encouraged to join and ask your questions live, but if that's not possible for any reason, you can send them in advance by email, and they will be answered for the benefit of the entire APM community. If you're unable to join live, you'll be able to review the answer to your questions by watching the replay of the "Ask a TRE" Live Q&A and Mentoring Session at your convenience, at any point during your active APM membership.

The feedback we've received from members of the APM community, is that they find equal value in watching back replays at their convenience, as when they're able to join for live training sessions. And you're always invited to send in any questions you have, even when watching back replays, so these can be covered in an upcoming "Ask a TRE" Live Q&A and Mentoring Session.

APM training content is hosted inside our dedicated e-learning platform. Whilst you can download, review, keep and enjoy any supplementary resources, you'll require Internet access to watch your online training session replays, inside our dedicated e-learning platform.

Zero commitment means that you're not tied to a minimum membership duration with any APM Membership - but please note that any offers available from time to time, are linked exclusively to your active membership - they are not cumulative, do not transfer between different membership tiers and cannot be reinstated in the event of the lapse of your membership. As you'll be receiving access to the contents of your chosen APM Membership tier once you've been onboarded onto our dedicated e-learning platform, please note that we're unable to offer refunds.
